The Bolin Chest Seal is a sterile occlusive chest wound dressing for treating open pneumothorax and managing  tension pneumothorax resulting from gunshots, stab  wounds, or penetrating chest trauma.
 
The large 6" diameter (15.25cm), rugged polyurethane disc structure prevents wrinkling from occurring during application.
